Please review the important information below about our shipping policies and procedures.

• All Lehigh Defense website orders are sold and shipped by Wilson Combat.
• We ship exclusively via UPS, though some UPS methods utilize USPS for final delivery.
• We make every attempt to ship your order of in-stock items within 3 - 5 business days, not including federal, state, or local holidays where Lehigh Defense, LLC or shipping carriers are closed.
• Orders are shipped only Monday through Thursday.
• Please expect shipping delays during high-volume shopping periods.
• You will receive tracking information once the order has been prepared for shipment. We do not control when carriers pick up shipments.
• Please note that most states now require tax to be collected on all parts of orders, including the shipping charges.
• US export regulations require all shipments from our online store to be sent to United States customers only.
• Before ordering, check your local laws for any regulations. The purchaser is responsible for compliance with all laws.
• Please be aware that we sell projectiles/bullets and fully loaded ammunition—they are not the same thing. Please be 100% sure what you are putting in your cart is what you intend to order.
• All ammunition is considered hazardous and will be shipped Ground (only) in the contiguous 48 states to a verified street address.  Other state restrictions may limit your ability to purchase ammunition.  All items in an order containing ammunition will be shipped Ground.
• Express shipping methods (Next Day, Second Day) cannot be used for PO Box destinations. 
• All orders going to a PO Box will ship SurePost.

Ultimately, you must understand all laws in effect for your location.  Lehigh Defense will comply with all current regulations to prevent the sale and shipment of ammunition to places where it is prohibited by law.

Lehigh Defense applies the following rules to the shipment of ammunition.

• All states:  Orders containing ammunition can only be shipped Ground.  This will apply to the entire order.
• Alaska:  No sales of ammunition.
• California: The ammunition shipping requirements and background checks remain in effect, and all ammunition must be shipped to a valid FFL or a California-approved ammunition vendor.
  • You will be required to complete additional validation for your order.  We utilize a US-based service provider to collect and process the required validation documents. All documents are stored and processed in a US-based data center.

    You will be asked to provide the following for your order to be processed:  
    • Confirmation of age, 18 or 21, as applicable.
    • A valid (and verifiable) shipping address for a valid FFL or ammunition vendor.
    • A California issued ammunition vendor certificate that matches the address entered.
  • Orders without the required information will be canceled.
• Connecticut:  You must have a pistol permit, an eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver, or an eligibility certificate for a long gun.  The address on all documents must match the order's shipping address.  [DESPP requirements]
  • You will be required to complete additional validation for your order.  We utilize a US-based service provider to collect and process the required validation documents. All documents are stored and processed in a US-based data center.
  • Please check your junk or spam folder for both your order confirmation and an additional email with a link you must visit to upload the required validation documents.
    You will be asked to provide the following for your order to be processed:  
    • Confirmation of age, 18 or 21, as applicable.
    • A valid pistol permit, an eligibility certificate for a pistol or revolver, or an eligibility certificate for a long gun that matches the shipping address of the order.
    • A valid Connecticut issued photo ID to prove age that matches the shipping address of the order.
  • Orders without the required information will be canceled.
• District of Columbia (Washington D.C.):  No sales of ammunition.
• Guam:  No sales of ammunition.
• Hawaii:  No sales of ammunition.
• Illinois:  You must have a valid FOID/CCW and a state-issued photo ID.  The address on all documents must match the order's shipping address.
  • You will be required to complete additional validation for your order.  We utilize a US-based service provider to collect and process the required validation documents. All documents are stored and processed in a US-based data center.
  • Please check your junk or spam folder for both your order confirmation and an additional email with a link you must visit to upload the required validation documents.
  • You will be asked to provide the following for your order to be processed:  
    • Confirmation of age, 18 or 21, as applicable.
    • A valid FOID/CCW that matches the shipping address of the order.
    • A valid Illinois issued photo ID to prove age that matches the shipping address of the order.
  • Orders without the required information will be canceled.
• Massachusetts:  No sales of ammunition.
• New Jersey:  You must have a valid FPID card and a state-issued photo ID.  The address on all documents must match the order's shipping address.
  • Hollow-point (expanding) ammunition is explicitly banned for concealed carry usage. [N.J. Stat. Ann. § 2C:39-3f]
  • You will be required to complete additional validation for your order.  We utilize a US-based service provider to collect and process the required validation documents. All documents are stored and processed in a US-based data center.

    You will be asked to provide the following for your order to be processed:  
    • Confirmation of age, 18 or 21, as applicable.
    • A valid FPID, permit to purchase a handgun, or a permit to carry a handgun that matches the shipping address of the order.
    • Some orders may also require a New Jersey issued photo ID to prove age that matches the shipping address of the order.
  • Orders without the required information will be canceled.
• New York:  No sales of ammunition.
• Puerto Rico:  No sales of ammunition.
• Rhode Island:  You must have a valid Pistol/Revolver Safety Certificate, also known as the Blue Card.  The address on all documents must match the order's shipping address.  [Natural Resources Bureau requirements]
  • You will be required to complete additional validation for your order.  We utilize a US-based service provider to collect and process the required validation documents. All documents are stored and processed in a US-based data center.
  • Please check your junk or spam folder for both your order confirmation and an additional email with a link you must visit to upload the required validation documents.
  • You will be asked to provide the following for your order to be processed:  
    • Confirmation of age, 18 or 21, as applicable.
    • A valid Pistol/Revolver Safety Certificate that matches the shipping address of the order.
    • Some orders may also require a Rhode Island issued photo ID to prove age that matches the shipping address of the order.
  • Orders without the required information will be canceled.

Please allow 10 - 14 business days for returns to process. Shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, no return shipping labels will be issued.  You must submit the Return / Exchange Form with your return merchandise for your return to be processed.

• Returns are accepted on new/unused/unaltered merchandise in original packaging for 30 days from the ship date for a full refund, account credit, or exchange.
• Partial returns on orders will be issued a store credit. To receive a refund back to the original payment card, all items on the order must be returned.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Returns on new/unused/unaltered merchandise in the original packaging after 30 days will only be accepted for exchange or account credit and will incur a 10% restocking fee.
• No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
• All ammunition sales are final. Ammunition may not be returned or exchanged after delivery.

Returns instructions:

1. Contact Customer Service for an RMA #.
2. Include your original packing slip with your return. (Keep a copy for your records.)
3. Return all items in original condition (and in original packaging if possible) to Lehigh Defense at the address provided below.
4. Ship your postage-paid package via UPS or USPS. We recommend insurance and signature confirmation. If we do not receive the return, we can’t process your refund, credit, or exchange.
5. Returns greater than 90 days from the date of purchase will not be accepted by Lehigh Defense. Defective, Non-Lehigh Defense products should be returned to the original manufacturer.
